Another new guy alert! Complete new guy to be honest. I've loved mucking about with electronics and models but never really been great with either or put them together into RC models.
I've always had an interest in the WWII era and have taken to playing World of Tanks a while back but never thought to put it all together and go scale modelling. That's just happened! I've been mercilessly trolling (sifting
) through many sites and found this wee gem. Thank you Admins. With a pinch of salt and a good read of these forums and recommendations I've just placed an order for a Pz kpfw III from Matomart. I sorely wish I could have purchased the full metal chassis but thought I would dip my toes with a wee taster. Perhaps, after a few mods to a simple plastic RTR version I may decided to double up.
Right now though, I'm looking forward to trying to scare my cat and shoot my friends. Or maybe the other way round.
