Land Rover Defender Military Police Spanish

Post by toniolillo »

Hello, for this project I used a Land Rover Defender toy Bruder brand, not if the know, they are toys with many details and very good quality, well, I've become Rc and retouched a bit, I put some pictures:

This is the model we have used, the second step is to dismantle it entirely and start cutting the chassis to replace the two servos a microservo for direction and 15 kg modified servo to rotate 360 degrees to axis mode with reductive

Here you can see the modified servo to rotate 360 °, also with these supports I still have the suspension

In this photo you can see how I made ??Evergreen side panels to cover the rear windows

This leads you see an overlay placed blue rotating beacon

In the second picture and leads the lamps fitted in place in the absence of primer and paint to

I've made ??a winch, front number plate and I have placed a communications antenna

It is 1:16 scale

When you have finished the Typhoon, the idea is to take a lowloader to, because this just is not right for them, heh, heh, heh ......

Thanks for your comments, I also build scale rc trucks, both 1:14 and 1:16 and had always wanted a Landy, so this toy gave me the opportunity to have one level, I have in mind other military projects, two of these trucks, one is the general am m35 and the other, more modern is the Scania Carapace, whether I'll put photos in due time, also it I'll put photos of a BMR armored I did to a coworker, a greeting fellow

Tonio,
Sweet work! You took a good looking toy vehicle and made it into a real RC crawler.
