New member weazil says hello

Post by private weazil »

Hi all

Just a quick intro. Early this year I was reunited with some of my Tamiya 1/25th & 1/35th models, Panther (remote control), Panzer IV's, Tiger, Jagtiger (motorised), T34/76 and more ( my sister had them in her loft, since the early 80's). Coincidentally I'd been looking at this site as a guest. End result, I've been working on a HL T34/85 since I purchased it in June and have a HLTiger 1to move onto maybe within the next few weeks. I've been working through upgrades and have plans for ClarkTK22's and 360 degree turret rotation (already cut the teeth, etc) and slip rings. I'm amazed at the wealth of information and friendly advice on offer from the members here, and no doubt will be looking to pick your brains very soon!

Welcome to the board Weazil.... Sounds like you already have a good grasp of the adventure we have all enjoyed ....some photos of your two tanks would be a great addition to the ever growing collection here on the board :D

I find it cool that you have the T34 it's a nice model...2.4 and the Tiger which is crystal.... have you tried comparing the two? If not ...try... as the 2.4 is a really nice rig to play with ;)

Happy Tanking WeazilImage
