So Imex screwed up my gearboxes for my King Tiger so I emailed Matomart to MAKE 100% sure that what they had listed was in fact correct, 4 days pass and Murphy replies they are in fact the steel geared gearboxes and they are stock ratio. Fine thats cool I have high torque motors no problem so I order them, the site says...Available to ship: Within 1 to 2 business days so having got stuff from them before I knew I'd see the stuff in about a week again no problem.
Today I get an email from Murphy saying these will be shipped direct from the manufacturer that they DON'T have them available to ship. WHAT THE HELL?!?!?!?!? And to top it off they're STILL listed on their site as "Available to ship: Within 1 to 2 business days".
Ya know I just don't get it, is the kind of customer service you guys have to deal with in the R/C tank world? People not returning emails, companies claiming they have parts when they don't, waiting days for replies to questions asked to companies, getting wrong parts and they try to tell you its your fault, getting the whole wrong tank when you order one, being told AFTER you give them money they really don't have your parts they'll be coming from the manufacturer and WHO knows when that may be! I'm sorry but I just don't get it, how in the HELL do these places even stay in business?
So now Mato mart is on the same list of mine as Imex, DO NOT BUY FROM So now where the hell do I get my parts from?

The crap with these companies is so discouraging it makes me want to just leave my tanks on a shelf cause its obvious I can't get replacement parts should something break.
Sorry for the rant but I'm mad and I honestly do not understand how people can run a business like these people do.
