I think Clark Models is bringing something like this to 1/16 scale tanks, although not seen any progress of last few years.

Found there's a bunch of sellers out there selling this thing... pretty cool because it's so small... one of my future builds is a Lee/Grant... figure that little cam would sit perfect in the upper turret
