Afternoon all,

General Dissaray reporting for duty, with an already misspelled forum name.... An indication of what's to come, from my small corner of the world.....well, that would be telling

So, history: dabbled with 1st edition HL Tiger 1's (neither ran after a couple of packs of course), own a 1/6 Stuart (looking poorly and missing main gun) and an original FOA Tiger 1 late model kit, which is minty box fresh and untouched (essentially, never had room to build) and very recently picked up a Taigen Pro Panther G, which is rather damned fine for the money, IMHO. I am not a fanboi BTW, each to their own works for me

My RC history is brief, but renowned on a popular car-ist forum, however, 8s fast fifthscales have a time and a place, crawlerzzzzzzzzzzzzzz suck (IMHO, Traxxas Summit aside) so tracks was my logical new path to explore.

So, here I am....ready to hit the search function right up, and hopefully not become one of those tedious newbies that expects their backside wiping and everything handed to them on a plate

General, most of what we do is wipe the backsides of newbies, are you trying to put us out of work? Welcome to the forum, I warn you no matter how for or against different angles of this hobby you are, very quickly you will see alternatives you couldn't dream of, No matter, if you ever do have questions we think we have answers and if you have answers we need them. shaun

Thanks for the welcome chaps, I have no intention of putting folk out to pasture before their time....anyone volunteering to make the leap, I wish them well

Should anyone get some mad idea to drop a brushless set up into a tank, just because they can, please, hit me up for info.... I've yet to run above 10s, but have visions of exactly how a 1/6 Stuart could move with a pair of 780kv cans up front
