Just a little reminder Boogle.....After you do the final weathering and decaling ..... Make a Show off thread :D

Thank you ALPHA and Richy
If you think it is worth showing when done, well who am i to argue :)
Ok update
Fitted a rc peco switch that is linked to the gear channel on the rx and wired up the front and back lights to it so they are turned on and off by remote.(rear light is green)
If anyone is interested, the led lighting used in the headlight is so good,it is possible to run the tank at night and the headlight actually shines down toward the ground in front the tank just like a real headlight. The led.s used can be seen in my last post and are from e bay and if you use them i think you will be happy.
I have weathered the tank but i did not go mad,i added "grime" rather than "muck" if you catch my drift and most of this can be seen around the side fenders though it is very subtle.I also added some paint chipping and wear in places.
More pe was added to some of the tools but not all,and the wire tow cables got made up and then i found most of the pe clamps to hold it in place were just to weak for the job and so i fitted the kit items.
My main problem now is finding a paint mask for Tank 104.
I can use 105 and 112 but atm i am trying to get hold of 104.
If i can't then i will just use one of the other numbers as above.
ok,here are some pic's of what has been done.hope you like it and please note, the camera makes the paintwork look brighter than it actually is.

MDK,
Looks really great! Paint and working lights are always crowd pleasers when done right as yours are. Only thing missing besides a scale antenna is your bucket. ;o) You've got to have a bucket on your German tank. *chuckles* Thanks for the pictures!
regards,
Painless

You know Boggle...My next project is a King Tiger...I think after seeing this one helped a lot ....perhaps I should have spoke up sooner... but one detail I can't seem to get past are the exhaust stacks....it isn't your fault or anything... it's Tamiya's... I think because they don't provide a smoker or feel that it's a necessary detail...but the clogged ends are not a feature I personally would like on any tank....I'm just surprised Tamiya's R&D people got lost on that detail... it's ok for smaller scales..but even then my choice would be to hollow them out

I can see two fixes for yours.... one ..if you do not plan to put a smoker in.... just drill into the ends...and replace the divider with a scrap piece of plastic ...If you do plan to put a smoker in... just get a set from Forgebear.... they aren't that expensive....metal almost the same as the Heng Long plastic versions...the divider can be added to either the same way as the drilled out version

Other than that... I think everything you've done is excellent

Wow Thanks guys,i am glad you like it but,,,,,,
ALPHA,,,,my friend,,,,you are a royal pain in the backside lol.
And you Painless, you can both stop hiding :)
I was messing with a old HL smoker the other day,non working, from my M26,,,anyway,i had forgot that the exhaust pipes were solid mold on this kit and so after i had repaired the smoker and after i had fitted it in the tank and wondered why, like an idiot no smoke was coming from the pipes,i ripped it all out.
Now,cos of you guys,i have got from Forgebear a set of metal pipes and, yep,i cant believe i did this but i got the bucket as well.
So,now i have to mess with the smoker again,,god,,and a standard HL will have to do atm although i will build one from scratch later and as for the bucket,,,,well,i want a new section on the forum now entitled "Show your bucket" @) 8O
I will end this post with a question if i may
Why the hell did i buy a Bucket?

I could not find any decals or masks for 104 and so i did them by hand.
What do you think?
