Hello Harrison... I think you have two choices in your situation... one is to return the tank... the other is to try and fix it...
Fixing it could be simple to very complicated.... the simplest is to try and push the internal barrel into the rubber hop up in the gun mechanism... it could be as simple as getting a dowel pushing it through the front of the barrel and giving it a firm shove...if that doesn't work... you will have to remove the turret and the gun mantlet to accomplish that.... the other thing is the mechanism might need attention...ie: broken o ring on the piston etc... which could also mean replacing the unit all together..
Personally..if your tank is new... I would say return it to the seller...or at least contact them to see what they will do for you

Good Luck and Welcome to the board

Good Morning,
Harrison, welcome to the Forum. Firstly, never use the boxed airsoft ammunition that comes with the tank. It is usually garbage ( out of round, chipped or otherwise irregular in shape ). Get uyour self some premium 6mm ammo for airsoft guns and you'll be much happier in the long run. Secondly, if the BB's are dribbling out of the barrel, it is a very good possibility that, as Alpha noted, your O-ring that seals the barrel to the gun mechanism is loose or broken or worse, the tank was assembled without one. If you are mechanically inclined and can reassemble what you take apart, remove the turret and open it and look to see what the issue is. There are several topics on this issue in the sub headers, I believe. If you don't think that this can be done, don't take anything apart to void your warranty, just contact the Seller, again as Alpha recommended.
regards and good luck,
Painless
