You are going full out on this beauty and its going to be great. I really enjoy when people post their builds step by step. The wonderful thing about our HL tanks are they are masterpieces in the rough, that you can drive...My HL Tiger is nowhere near your class, never will be, (DAMNIT lol) but other's work is something i find an inspiration to do better craftsmanship on my own.
Can you please tell me how you made the Feifel hoses? Or if store bought from whom.
While I am here I'll throw this in for you or anyone who's parts shopping anyway- got an email from Jack wang of ali express/MATO MART storee: they are doing big sale on HL/Taigen parts, tracks, acc. up to 50% off, on August 19, 20 only! (he is the most dependable HL parts supplier on that entire site, I have bought at least a dozen items from him, perhaps the only dependable one!)
So you must have an idea of the colors by now? Going to just leave it sand-that works too of course but the thing that interested me about these tanks from decadews ago, the camo schemes. A sherman is not only a second rate tank compared to anything the Waffenamt made after 1942 but who would want all their tanks in olive drab? Can't use a camo scheme on any WW2 US tank, or i wouldn't, for obvious reasons...I'm very curious how this tank will look when painted.
