Good Morning,
I've had no luck looking for such a thing. I usually add a link, remove a link on the tracks to get a working tension setup. Guido, one of the main fellows for Hentec adjustable idler mounts is a Forum member here so maybe there is something out there that he is aware of.

I second Painless. I changed my HL boggies to the Mato metal ones and needed track adjustment but no luck finding one and end up adding/taking out track links.
