tamiya battery extension

Post by dimomolan »

Hi,

I'm trying to attach a 4xAAA battery holder in parallel to increase the battery life of my Tamiya RC 1/35 Panzer IV Tank.

Any recommendations on how to do this? Will I need to buy any tamiya electrical accessories? I already have a solderer on hand.

Thanks in advance :{ :)

1/35th Scale :O ... is there enough space?...not sure if a parallel circuit will help all that much... it might cause and unnecessary voltage overload ...or draw... a series parallel might work better.... check to see if you can find some schematics for full sized RVs

Good Luck

Hi there a parallel connection will give you a longer running time but in series that would just add extra volts and blow the tanks boards.
I should think a soldering iron and some mini connectors ;) should do the job
