Don't forget that the tracks were metal and not black. Spaying then with steel or aluminum colored paint makes them look right without the cost of buying metal tracks. Good looking Early Tiger I like the zim.

Here Is some more pics of few more bits done, ive repainted the road tyres in black rubber paint, lightly sprayed the tracks rust brown and added a rear shelf for some jerry cans.

Nice job on the Tiger wheels TIGER :D ...I vote straps on the jerry cans and a chain for the jack.... maybe a lock...so the Russian vagabonds that took Herman's jack don't get away with yours ;)

Oh yeah trust me.............those Soviet jack burglars are rife!!
For rope I used parcel twine on my Jagd, its furry & can be shaped using thinned white glue. has the scale of roughly 1 1/4" hessian rope.
Chain I used faux jewelery stuff from a shop that sells to teenage girls that want to look mid 30's !!
Its cheap and quite scale accurate.
I like the accuracy of the painted roadwheel tyres mate. but you cheated me out of the extent of the endurance test that those things cause !!!!

hi troops thanks again for the positive feedback, herman no im gonna leave this one clean. yep painting the tyres back on the roadwheels was an endurance test for sure.
