Can you add barrel recoil to the 105 Sherman with the original electronics by adding recoil unit inside the turret, yes or no

Hi Not with a Tamiya recoil unit, The only way it is possible to have a recoil with the original Tamiya Sherman DMD/MF unit is to use a Spektrum DX61 (or some other type of radio which is programmable) you fit a servo recoil and programme the radio to operate the servo at 125% of up stick by mixing channels . It will be slightly out of time with flash and sound but it will make the gun recoil.
