I haven't seen or heard of anyone manufacturing tank ammo of any kind in 1/16 scale... 1/35 yeah there are several...so it might be you have to mill your own..not that difficult..you just need the dimensions

Hussar does. Not the 380mm rockets, but Tiger I and T34 ammo. That's what I used in my Nashorn. The 21 Century Sdkfz has 380mm rockets but you will need to mod them:

On the link that tomhugill posted, there are three types of Sturmtiger ammo that they sell. Page 20 has the wrapped-for-transport version for 12.9 Euros; page 51 has the ready-to-load version for the same price; and page 60 has just the tip of the shell (to fit inside the front of the barrel) for 5.9 Euros. I checked the Imperial Modellbau conversion kit, thinking that maybe they included one, but they didn't. And, the older Verlinden 120mm scale resin kit gives you a ready-to-load shell and a tip-to-fit-inside shell - but the diameter of them is too large to fit barrel of the Imperial kit. Maybe since Taigen-Imex is going to release a Sturmtiger; it may include the shell. If it does, you might be able to purchase a spare from them.
