Newbie form NY

Post by LarryE519 »

Hi Guys & Gals,

Newbie RC tanker form Staten Island, NY. I have been building models on an off for the past 40+ years. Picked up a Tamiya Pershing 1/2 assembled on-line for a song. Its waiting for a spot in the shop, I hope to do a complete rebuild.

But I'm going to start with another Ebay purchase a Tamiya King Tiger full option, for $200. Just missing the box top & instructions. Really looking forward to this build, and hope to be running by mid summer.

Well thanks, and I hope to pick up some tips from you guys!!

Larry :P

Welcome in mate..............plenty of advice here, and look into the reccomended suppliers section for when you get an itchy wallet. Ive spent 3 whole days on Manhattan Island & though I had never been there before it felt familliar.
