Hi, well here are some pics of my first attempt at a build and paint job. Using Taigen hull and metal rolling gear/tracks with Waltersons gearboxes running off 2.4ghz transmitter.Started out as a little tinker with stock tank that very quickly snowballed. Many thanks to Dave for supplying much of the parts. Thinking about changing to IBU board now.
Any positive criticism most welcome.
Cheers Clive

Re: First Tiger build
Good Morning,
I like the overall effect which is heightened by the battle damage that you have added. Those lower hulls really do add a lot to tanks. and yes, they always seem to snowball. *chuckles* Thanks for sharing pics of this extremely nice Tiger.

Painless

Hi Clive,
Like that a lot. I do like a good tiger. Have you seen this site:
http://www.alanhamby.com/tiger.html
I find it very useful for finding those little details on Tigers.
I too like the metal chassis. One of my Tigers has one and so does my Pzr III. They really add something.

Thanks for the link scalawag, was wondering about changing the commanders cupola but wasnt sure about the headlights. Looks like mid august variant has both the twin lights and later cupola. So thats another 14.00 quid gone lol.

Clive it looks fantastic, I like the paint job and the detailing you have done.
I just got a Taigan and am deciding which direction to go for paint.

Hi, took me a while to settle on paint scheme but think its about right for the year. Best mod was to install remote charge port for the battery, no more removing top. Stug next I think.
