Why can't I edit my posts?

I'm sure there is a simple explanation... but I remember a time when I could edit my own posts, then a time when I could not, then a time when I could...

Is there a pattern/reason for this?!

TFTM, you know after you have written your piece of erudite wonder you then click submit ? once you have done that your told it has been accepted and you click on the arrow in the top left , yes? DON'T! When you are told it has been accepted , WAIT, and your piece will appear with a couple of red boxes on the top right of your message, one says" QUOTE" and the other says "EDIT". shaun

Perhaps old age? Just kidding, Shaun has it right. Wait for it to cycle and load the finished post. If you have further trouble Scooby is always ready to help.

Sorry gents, it's not old age (even if I am a ripe 46).

I always wait for my posts to upload.

If I go to my posts from the last week the 'edit' button is there - but if I look at any from 2 weeks ago or further there is no edit button.

I often like to go back over my old posts - and my Normandy Tiger build in particular - and there was a time when I couldn't edit (the button wasn't there) and then a time when it appeared on every post of mine, no matter how old. But recently it seems to have gone back to the old ways.

So perhaps Scooby can help...

I've changed it back to the old behaviour of always being able to edit your old posts, sorry about that!
