tiger tank controller

ok it sounds like it has a problem you should be able to turn on the hand set then press the button marked like a key on the bottom left and the tank should start up
next stage is the crystals to check they are sitting in right
what tank is it panzer /tiger ??

hi there it is a tiger 1 and just checked crystals they are pushed in far as they will go???

no we live in new zealand and are way up top of north island lol bout 4 hours from a hobby shop

ok you can do 2 things here one send it back to them after you talk to them or ask them to send you crystals to see if you can make it run

i would go for the first send it back
get a replacment one and ask them to test it before they ship

thats alright least we got controller going just nothing else hopefully they will replace for me and my partner will finally get to use it

it should not be a problem you have the right to send it back if the item wont work good luck hope the next one is ok

by the way did you charge up the batt in the tank if you used the one that came in the box and the plug charger it may well not be charged to full it will take up to 2/3 with the one they send out
but dont go out and leave it on

Beat me to it!

Charge the battery which fits in the tank before you condemn it as being faulty.
Some of these tanks sit on shelves for weeks on end and the main rechargeable battery will eventually drain off its initial charge.
