Hallo Applelover, welcome to the Forum I feel as though we have already met!!! If you scroll down the Forum page you will come to the vendors site, first the BLACKLIST, you must avoid these people, many of us including me have been robbed, cheated or just been badly treated by these people, then you get to the RECOMMENDED vendors, we buy from these people and I suggest you do, many of the dealers sell Heng Long parts, FORGEBEAR, WELSH DRAGON MODELS and so many more will give you a good deal at a fair price and will happily answer any questions. if you go to their websites you will see all the Heng Long parts but it is worth knowing that a lot of Taigen, Torro and Tamiya parts will also fit a Heng Long Tank, the parts that will not are mainly electric and various metal tracks, if in doubt ask the dealer or the Forum.shaun

aliexpress actually has a lot of cheap HL parts and shipping is included in the price (theyre in the recommended vendors) i saw the steel gearbox, the kind with the black gears everyone says to get, for $35 incl. shipping. But be prepared for over a month wait, possibly two to get the parts.

Marc you are right about ALIEXPRESS they are a rich source of VOYAGER photo etch and very cheap in comparison to ABER although trying to work out the scale of the different tanks is a challenge, I wanted and ordered a set of front fenders for my Tiger 1 ( the ad says trumpeter but believe me they are good for Heng Long and Taigen, and Torro.) they came a couple of weeks later complete with UNASKED for rear fenders and exhaust shrouds complete with instructions for everything, the whole lot cost including postage £12. take care. shaun

If you Google tankforce 1 you will get to E-BAY and he has got a full stock of them on his site, and he comes with my recommendation as a straight up dealer. shaun
