Forget to add that I added bearings to the drive shafts so the sides transmission housing stick out about 2mm more then they should but once the sprocket and tracks are on it'll be hard to spot.

@doc- Still got a lot of sanding to do. Just wanted to get it all together and working.

Thanks

After researching the Firefly I see how easy it is to become a Shermaholic. (pointing no fingers at anyone).

I think I may go 1/35 for all the variants I want to do.

Woz,
1/35? Pfft! Not at all. You too want and desire a room full of 1/16 scale Armor. Especially, Shermans...

It's been a while but I got the running gear sorted out and gave it a test run-

Also I've ordered a 3D printer so I've been trying my hand at CAD, here's the muzzle brake I've been working on-

Got my printer yesterday and after printing a few test shapes I decided to have a go at printing out my muzzle brake.

This is the result-

It's not perfect but not too bad for someone with zero experience at CAD and less the 24 hours trying to figure out how the printer works.

I know the colour is a bit bright but it's what came with the printer.

Now I wonder how many rolls of filament I'll need to print out a full scale Tiger.
