real butterfly nuts

Post by jarndice »

Last year I tried to buy some 1mm butterfly nuts, the only place I could find them was in the USA unfortunately the price was astronomical so I ordered the imitation Schumo set from Welsh Dragon Models and that I thought was that, today I was looking for some .008mm studding on a site I have often used and trust, as I scrolled down the menu you guessed BUTTERFLY NUTS in .008mm £1.75 for a pack of 10 the studding if you buy the 100mm length is £1 min order 5. the company is-www.modelfixings.co.uk

TFTM if you wouldn't mind following me around cos I'm getting to that age where I really need a full time minder, when you reach the site by selecting the correct address! enter main pages, select fixings, scroll down to a picture headed Wing nuts and go from there. shaun

I might be missing something but I can only see his smallest as being an M3 thread which I think would be too big.
