Hey Ray... you talking about the M16 halftrack? ... if you are..they are cool...

Excellent for detailing... probably one of the only Mato/Torros I would actually purchase... thing is ... everyone I've found ... yes even on Ebay UK... wants an arm and a leg for them... as I also found they originally cost around 150 US...which has jumped to around 350 because of it's rarity

Sassgrunt showed me his.. It's very nice ... possibilities endless ...but for me... not at the "collectors" price retailers are asking for it...in other words ...it's nice but not that nice.. ;)

That's still a little steep for me anyway... especially since I know what they cost before they went out of production...with that said they are pretty well made the driveshafts are metal.. and also much of the running gear....on the flipside of that is it has plastic tracks... and is geared rather high...after seeing sassgrunt's... I would say if I could have gotten one when he did... I would have snapped it up...but at the price it's selling for now... I will stick with tanks...they are a little more durable IMO

Now with that said... go with what your heart tells you... if you really want it ... get it... there aren't many around... the ones you see are old stock..so once they are gone ...they're gone

Good luck Ray... it's a tough decision ;)

LOL.. I remember when I first found about it.... had an adrenaline rush... started checking online to see where it was available ...especially since the guy on the video said he picked up his for about 125 on Ebay US...Sadly I found that it was already OOP ...Later I found one seller in China... One in the Uk.. and One in Australia ... Two of which are on the board's Bad seller list :lolno:
Thing about it was I knew I missed the boat on that model...because the prices were at least double of it's original release price... It's nice.. but not at the cost of a Taigen or two and a half HENG LONGs :haha:

Follow your heart though Ray...if you must have it .. get it...because sometimes you just have to follow your desire
