Figures painted

Post by Horses45 »

Well I had a quiet day at home while Mrs Horses went to work I flew around the house doing all the jobs she had left me so I had them finished by dinner time , so how to fill the afternoon in ? While I'm still waiting for my tanks coming from mato and torro I thought paint some figures so I started with the American crew for the Pershing and bulldog then base coated the German crew and faces/hands done so they came out not to bad I think just the German crew to finish but as it's 23.15 Hrs I will post the pics tomorrow and you can tell me what you think
Torro King Tiger , Torro KV-2 , Torro M-16 half track , 2xTaigen Tigers

You "better" post some pictures Horses... because right now your crew bears a great resemblance to Herr Fritz's elusive Spaniard tank crew :haha: :haha:

Enjoy your evening Horses

Where did you get that shot of me on the beach, :eh:
It was at a rented villa and we were told the beach was private.

Your getting some good detail on there horses, might I suggest doing a little blending on your uniform colours to give shades and hues, Its hard to get eyes right and you've got the first rule bob on get them looking the same way , if you look at eyes they arn't white try using a little pink then colour the centres you can add a highlight to (little white dot that acts as a reflection then paint in the eyelids and other details after you've done the eyes this will help you get them looking a little less startled. I adore painting figures and am still learning myself a great place to check out is the military modelling site loads of bit by bit builds
