Re: taigen transmitter
Not at the same time. Only one transmitter per board at once, but as dane61 says, it can be bound to different boards.

Re: taigen transmitter
Just my two cents.... My understanding of programmable remotes is yes.... you can control more than one vehicle with one remote...all you have to do is sync them in the same spot ...it's similar to having the same crystals in the vehicles and remote...It's also the reason one of my Panthers jumped off a six foot shelf ...not something I recommend anyone try

Re: taigen transmitter
ALPHA, this is true with the old Crystals as long as they are the same frequency, but with the Taigen 2.4Ghz once you are bound you stop searching so it is always One to One at any given time. I tried and couldn't get the same radio to control two different boards at the same time.
Re: taigen transmitter
Thanks MichealC...I think for me it's a wait and see for myself...as I already participated in another convo about the 2.4 binding system.. It's not that I don't believe you ... but I've seen it happen before... not with tanks.. but with helicopters ... yup I've seen up to three bind to one controllerMichaelC wrote:ALPHA, this is true with the old Crystals as long as they are the same frequency, but with the Taigen 2.4Ghz once you are bound you stop searching so it is always One to One at any given time. Finding later that there should be at least a ten foot span preferably with some kind of barrier in between
Thanks again Micheal... Happy New Year

Re: taigen transmitter
With hobby grade radios it is possible to bind more than one receiver to a controller. I have Planet T5 controller binded to at least four receivers in different tanks, just got to make sure only one is switched on at any one time.ALPHA wrote:Thanks MichealC...I think for me it's a wait and see for myself...as I already participated in another convo about the 2.4 binding system.. But as Michael said the Taigen doesn't appear to want to bind more than one to the controller memory. i.e. it dumps the last stored one when the a receiver is binded.
