That is the exact opposite of what I have been hearing. I have heard that HL was dropping the IR in favor of the Airsoft! I happen to have a brand new Airsoft turret that should swap out nicely with your IR turret. ( I ordered the IR and got the Airsoft instead. ) If you would like to make a trade, please PM me and we'll see if all is not lost.

I have it from a good source that the IR is being dropped too not the other way around. With CH who the hell knows!

OK guys please tell me why you prefer the IR units to the BB ones? Myself I like the BB ones cause i can shoot targets i also use them to scare the Ravens that come into my backyard and destroy my flowers.

Good Afternoon,
Quite all right, Diesel. I can understand wanting recompense for a misunderstood order. My next build will be a KV-2 using the excellent Torro IR turret and the Taigen KV-1 so I will get to play around with it then. My reasons for going to IR is to be able to play around with recoil and flash in a bigger scale than 1/24. All the rest of my 1/16 scale armor is airsoft.

Diesil ... listen to the lieutenant ...he's the ranking officer on board... YOU GOT A GOOD DEAL!

The IR version is better... look at how many want it ....it's more user friendly
you don't have to clean up BBs.... you can casually shoot it when you want... there is no mechanism to give you problems later on... and best of all
YOU GET RECOIL... AND FLASH built in !

Heck I'd be throwing a party if I received a mistake like that

Just another note Diesil....count how many "positive" "I want it" " can't get that model" posts since you posted this message of disappointment and compare it with the notes left when you got the TiPanther

I would say... take it out of the box ...if you haven't already... and play with it first... the recoil alone should be something to think about... as everyone else who has the HENG LONG would have to go through some kind of mod to get it

I really don't want to get involved in a private discussion BUT all the reference photographs I have seen of German armour leaving the factory not one had an I/R apple sticking out of the cupola but then until a man who has risen to hero status in this Forum did it I had not only never seen but never imagined a PINK tank. The box in the advert link posted by Diesel says.... Heng Long.....but adverts on Ebay are not 100% reliable...
