Very nice painting.......
Although.....without starting a 'political discussion'
I might have to raise a query about Peiper as a war criminal ....... 'convicted'... yes....'guilty'...not so sure...
Look at the ' confessions' of his men that were used against him and how they were obtained ! ............and his 'death sentence' later cut to 11 years..... I think that the 'reduction' in the sentence shows more that a bit of doubt.

I agree i only put that in the title to instill some curiosity ! In fact I do believe it was panzer grenadiers from 1st ss panzer that committed the killings.

Hi doc,
....... I am a great believer in my 'Signature' ......I am convinced that an awful lot of so called 'Historical Facts' need to be re-examined in the cold light of day and not with the 'hot-head' of the war propaganda machine churning them out !
Unfortunately I cannot even question certain 'incidents' here in France ......despite the 'Human Rights Act' that they French signed up to... I am liable for arrest and imprisonment....

If you have basic photo studio darkroom built into your computer try using it with your figure photo's. It has amazed me in what it can do to enhance pictures that are in need of some tweeking.

tried it and its still rubbish ! dunno if it's still my camera or my lack of knowledge using photo software. I think if i can borrow a decent camera and decent sunlight i might do better !
