I've seen this on a Spektrum DX6i, but I suppose every radio is slightly different.

But the guide is on another forum, so 'llI check if it's okay with original poster to copy and paste here for you.

I know that you already have a radio, but here is something that you might consider for your next one. There is an RC tanker named Bob, who modifys 2.4 Futaba 4YF radios for tank use. He mounts a switch to the upper left corner that controls the main gun firing. I have two of these radios, (and two of the new ones in transit), and like them very much. For this year, he has modified it so that when you toggle the switch one way, it fires the main gun; and when you toggle it the other way, it fires the machine gun, It's nice not to have to mess with the sticks and trim switches on the radio for this; while you're busy using them to drive the tank. He also tests out the radio before you get it, and you get this for about $130, (not including shipping). He sells from Ebay, and although he doesn't list any for sale right now, you might want to contact him and ask about them. His Ebay link is here: http://www.ebay.com/usr/thecommanderwpd -Mike
