As the subject states, has anyone ever tried or have heard of any issues with this topic? Want to mount the board to the side sponson of the hull. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks in advance...

The TK20 (and I guess TK22) fit in the plastic box from an old RX18 (back part only). So could put in that and glue/fix as required.

I have to try out Ian's solutions but I usually just use padded double sided tape or hot glue gun and never had any problems. Have both of them come off as well and never tear any parts off either.

Re: Adhesive tape on the back of a Clark Board
Thanks guys for the responses, I don't have a RX 18 box to try Ian's idea out but I do have lots of velco pads. I just wasn't sure if these boards got hot or not. If they needed air flow around the backside. I'm not much of an electrian but a wicked shot.
Thanks again...
