Good Morning again,
Apologies, my Friend. I'm planning on building a Captured version of the KV-2 and did not think there. If nothing else can be found, I know that the German cupola can be removed and I read here on the forum somewhere recently that the old style periscopes would be available for sale. The rest of the accessories that come with the turret could go in your parts box. ;o)
regards,
Painless

I would go as far to say though... If the german version was featured in GIRLS UND PANZER.... I'd jump on that turret like white on rice

Thanks again

I bought it off a friend, as a german capture.
but I wanted to bring it back to Russ monster.

well, I think the origin is a HL kv1, then a kv2 german style turret was added. Then I got it , and plans are to get a full lower hull 4/1 tu's and belts by x-mas time.
Hope to have it up and running soon after.
here is how it is now

I really like the look of the kv after working on it for a while.

What happened to the old hull... not in good enough shape to salvage?maxmekker wrote:well, I think the origin is a HL kv1, then a kv2 german style turret was added. Then I got it , and plans are to get a full lower hull 4/1 tu's and belts by x-mas time.
