Will very soon be posting pictures of the Tiger ready for paint....just got to sort out the micro switch for the flash unit.
Thought I would list all of the mods.

Turret
Tamiya modified to mid production with Hachette cupola and vents etc.
Had no loaders hatch so modified Tamiya King Tiger to fit.
Attak zimmerit heavily distressed.
Metal track hangers.
Brackets for storage bin on back of turret removed and filled in.
Mantle swivel points modified from Henglong
Piece of PVC pipe added to underside of commanders hatch and capped with plasticard (ready for figure)
Base of Henglong Turret inserted into Tamiya base so will fit hull and rotate correctly.
Tamiya Metal Gun Barrel, cut down to take Henglong inner barrel to fit Jagd Panther Recoil Unit.
Tamiya inner mantlet cut to take bracket from Henglong for Recoil.
High Intensity flash unit in barrel.
Plastic runners added to recoil unit so that Stug elevation unit would work.
Micro switch added to side of recoil for gun flash etc.
Metal flashing mg added to mantlet.
Metal pins made for mantlet to swivel.

Upper Hull
Rear cut out and Hachette one inserted in and bracing added with brass cross section.
Rear middle section of Henglong cut from waste hull and added.
All details from Hachette added including opening rear vents.
Inside of vent detailed with fan units from Bandai Stug IV and plasticard.
Turret ring cut out and rotated so in correct position and underside reinforced with brass section.
Front armour cut out and Hachette metal one inserted.
Hull reinforced with brackets.
Attak zimmerit applied heavily damaged
Hachette tools and tool holders
Metal cable brackets added to side
Metal Extinguisher
Hatches cut off and metal ones added
Periscopes scratch built
Side skirts, some removed, others bent with heat and gap added between them with saw
Metal flashing mg added

Back Plate
All detail removed from Henglong and re-added with Hachette parts and Attak zimmerit.
Hachette exhaust modified to take brass tube “L” shapes for working smoke.

Lower Hull
All holes filled.
On off for tank and smoke moved to battery space.
Front track holder removed and holes filled.
Rear idler screws removed and hull drilled out to take new bolts fashioned out of threaded rod.
Metal suspension arms with stiffer springs in front, softer at rear.
Metal early road wheels, idlers and sprockets added.
RX18 repositioned.
Speaker removed from case and relocated.
