Another newbie.

Post by bennchy68 »

Hi All,
As a kid I always had a fascination with tanks and tracked vehicles. I have never been into serious modeling but still being a big kid at heart I decided to indulge myself and have just purchased my first RC tank, a Taigen Tiger mk1.
I have a few questions I'd like to ask about this particular purchase but I guess that needs to be in a separate post.
Cheers

Hey bennychy68, welcome to the forum. The Tiger 1 is a great tank to start with, tons of accessories and hop-ups for this tank. Plus there is no shortage of reference material and pics. Enjoy yourself...

Good Evening,
Welcome, Bennychy68. The Forum here is the best for RC tanking as are the folks who frequent it. Enjoy your stay and make sure to share some pictures of your new Taigen Tiger.
regards,

Bennchy68, An unhappy welcome to the Forum, I have just been reading about your dealings with NITROTEK, I am sorry that your introduction to our hobby started so poorly, You don't need me to tell you that you should of gone to the Vendors site and read about those ratbags on the Blacklist before going to the Recommended site and ordered from a trustworthy dealer, and remember if you cannot find what you want on their site either e-mail them or phone and ask, if they cannot provide what you want they will point you in the right direction, but when it comes to questions we are the people,ASK and you will get an answer, it might even be right if your not asking me. shaun
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:
