Thanks Eastern Front. I did try tightening and loosening the screws on the turret cog and didn't get anywhere. Moving the worm gear on the motor drive shaft made it worse. What doesn't make sense is that why would one rotational unit be closer to the cog than the other when the mount is in the same place ? Anyway, will try to hook up the Panther and see how the Leo rotational unit work on that tank.
