I've finally got my hands on a torro M16 and planning to convert it to a IDF TCM-20 by changing the guns
Started with getting a 20mm hispano cannon file and modifying it for the turret of the M16

don't trash the 50 cal guns and their wiring, those things are worth their weight in gold...

I have a couple of sets of those !
One quad with only 1 barrel broken, the other with all, but complete.
I dont need them if anyone's interested.

I wish the combat conversion sets for these things were still available. Very fond of this model.
