Hello everyone

Post by LaGirafe »

I am a new member from France. My name is Laurent aka LaGirafe, 44 years old retired. I am looking for documentation because I have embarked on a new 3D modeling and printing project of all the tanks in the history of the 1st as a first step. ;D

Welcome to the forum. We have a pretty good 3D printing group here. I have one but have not learned to use it yet. Every tank? Wow! How many is that?

Welcome! Good luck with that goal... :) You may have to design some of those tanks yourself as not all tanks are modeled in 3D to print.

Hello everyone, Yes I started the project of modeling all the tanks of the 1st World War, and printing them in resin and wire. In fact I will do a mixture of the two to have an optimal result. I am first looking for the plans and diagrams of the entire 1st Little Willie tank to model and print each part separately ^^

Welcome! I saw your request for information on the Little Willie. Alas, I can be of no help--except to note that I will be interested to see your progress on such an ambitious project. There are w-a-a-y too few RC WWI tanks.

Hi, Welcome to the Forum
I do not know how helpful this book would be but Haynes publishes "The Great War Tank Owners Workshop Manual" @ £9.99 it contains the dimensions of many WW1 Tanks.
Enjoy the Forum.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:
