Hello fellow TOTM fans
Well, due to a lack of submissions this month, I decided to turn February into part one of a best of the best voting thread. Done in the same format as for the runners up competitions.
I believe it was
Jhamm that first suggested this was done, so, here it begins. This month will be the very first four winners from 2016.

Does anyone know what type of pasta this is? I've been boiling it for two hours, and it's still not soft?
