Saw this model on the shelf the other day gathering dust!
Will be looking to get back to this, this year and make it run on RC finally
Will try and upload a cool picture i had of it alongside the 251

Also have a new printer coming, so will be printing out the other cab styles aswell in resin for it, so can change its looks etc.

Perfect for the 251... However, is that the same shield used on the 251 with the MG? The shield seems too big for that application. Right?

I believe the pak 40 was the same for the RSO and 251, the shields are the same size.

Looking at photos of the towed and mounted versions, they all look the same size.

Herr Proff, the shield on the 251 that mounted only Machine guns is not in any relation close to the PaK 40 version on the 251D/22 .

The shield on the RSO has an extra skirt as its mounted in the open, so an extension under the main shield

On the 251 it would not have had the extra skirt as it was mounted within the back of the crew compartment, but also they cut back the corners of the shield to allow rotation of the Pak40 in the tight crew compartment

I am working on a 251mounted, however i have also noticed others available on the market, so wasn't putting too much effort in
