I picked up these 2 fine models today,..i got them on ebay....£100 for both of them,...The Schnellboot is an Italeri,..and has 2 x Graupner 400 motors,...working port/starboard lights, and...working torpedo tube doors, it also has a slow switcher fitted so that the doors open slowly,..the other model is a 1/144 Fletcher Class Destroyer ...again it is full rc..and it only measures 81cm x 8cm ..but is surprisingly very stable on the water,

Nice, the Fletcher is a suprisingly tough kit, mine is well over 25 years old and still preforms well. The upgraded drive has much to do with that.

I would like an S100 but so far no cash or time for another ship. Still have three un built kits now. And saving for the new Bismarck in 1/200 scale.

Enjoy your new models, how does the S100 perform in rough water? Stable boat at speed?

The S100 ..is very good,..as long as the throttle i eased on..then...she,ll go at full tilt,..I,ve fitted 30mm cast bronze props..D Type..the ones with the long pointy boss,...and they sure cut water....if you,re looking for a 1/200 bismarck..there,s a partially built Hatchette on ebay, with all the parts to finish + all the mags, start price £120 and no bids or reserve....i,ll post pics of my completed Bismarck at the weekend....
