hi were on the turret do i pack it to stop it from have play . it moves from front to back. i know you take the ring off but were do you pack it please ? on the turret or on the main part that the turret sits in.

where the pen's pointing inside the turret ring i just shimmed with some plasticard, i have seen it done with four small pieces of card as in say using the points of the compass but if i remember rightly i used a length to go all the way around

hi i can not open your link for some reason . you take the turret ring off the turret . then were do you pack it. on the turret or the turret base ? i was going to mack up a ring for it but was unsure what part i need to fix the packing.

ok not sure what happend there but now showing picture thanks. so you pack it from the base

i see on you tube that someone put cable ties sandwiched between the turret ring if that makes any sense too you

Never used cable ties myself, pen was a bit misleading it think it's the inside of the hole i just glued some plasticard in there all the way around, trial and error until your happy with the fit and there's no binding.
