hi all has anyone had dealing with this guys. i would not recommend them to anyone on here. if you have a problem with what you buy from them they are not very good with the after sales bit. you have to email them for them to help you out with the problem.they take all day to get back to you.and then tell you the wrong thing .so in order to answer there question about the problem you having you have to email them back with this wait ticket every time you answer back to an email from them. its a very long process indeed. i have give up.i had trouble with taigen tiger 1 full metal up grade tank that i got from them. it end up that the battery is no good at all. so i only got 5 mins run time out of the tank. then it just stopped in its tracks.any way phone round today and found a good company that gave me some good advice. so ended up spending £105 on a good charger, and up graded by buying 2 batteries that are ni-mh 4500 that should last and give me longer run time then the rubbish battery that came with the tank in the first place .plus charger lead .but i will not get until friday. then i can try my tiger out ( hopeful ) you learn the hard way when you do not know... this things anyway i hope this helps someone to not get burnt like i did. :)

Besides the bad experience with Nitrotek, you're really not out of anything If you stick with it, the kit batteries are crap and you are much better served with NiMH and a good charger. That kit charger for the NiCad is completely useless.

I still have 1800mAh NiCads that I use, good ones, not the yellow crappy ones and the run times are in the 20 minute range. With your 4500s, you'll be driving for hours.
