I am always looking for potential tank modelling subjects for my next project and I came across this;
Since the HL Panther is a late Panther G, I find it challenging to source accurate info on east front Panther G's but this one is from No. 1944 in East Prussia.

Hi Glen B,
I am sorry to ask, but are you also looking for more photos of possible candidates, for future projects ?

You may also have to change some details on your HL panther G since the particular example you posted does not have the chin mantlet, cooling tower and the flammenvernichter exhaust. ( at least if your after accuracy)

I am always looking for new ideas, this time for something to start in a few months.

Yes, I noticed that when I first saw the picture.
Another source I found indicated that the 5th Pz continued to receive panthers during the time that the later modifications were added, the question remains, did they have that camo, or something else, by then? The lake of late war pictures of German tanks makes that a bit challenging to prove, one way or the other.
This is just one idea, I am looking at a Tiger I in 1943 Abt. 506 markings and a Korean War M26 as other options.

Thanks
I originally found the first set of pictures on information from Elite Armour Decals.
