So My bulldog was looking a little sad/old/simlple... I added metal gear boxes, cooling fan mod pro smoke unit (still working 8O ) metal tracks and got all new bits that had fallen off, up rateed the suspension wich is quite poor on the bulldog as it sags so much and all in all it runs better and harder. I got new road wheels to add but will wait till the old ones litraly fall off...once all the new running gear was added I had a go at paint  now I am not the best with an air brush Infact its the second time I used it. I dont seem to have the nack/time to learn to use it propperly so bare with it :D

First pics is as it was...worn out

Its not to great looking this was stored for a few years and paid the price :(

Soooooo I added new hand rails and basicly put back all the broken parts in metal and added a couple of things my self

after the bais coats were added I then finished it off with quite generic camo

then added all the decals etc

Now some may notice that one of the muffler covers is now missing and only has one tail pipe! I may get flamed for this but the reason why i did it was the smoke unit makes alot more smoke from one tube than two! so i didnt mind losing the other side to make up for a good smoke effect and just use the other side for a storage bay

I am happy with it there is a few things still need adding here and theere but took it for a run the other day at the place where i am working... its a house under referb. so lots of places to play :D

I made a little vid and will get that up as soon as

Enjoy

Looks great, to say only second time using the airbrush it doesn't show. As for one exhaust missing, well war damage it happened.

Cheers guys, it runs really well with stronger springs on it... Am using 3000 mah pack and even with all the added weight it runs good and strong for about an hour at a steady pace.. It curves off to the left a little and the trim on the transmitter don't seem to be abel to correct it all that well, so there is some unwanted resistance somewhere...

the smoke unit leeks smoke from behind the poison a bit, but not sure how to fix it without replacing the plunger. And seeing as the one I have actually works I don't want to disturb it to much

And to finish it off I must get it to fire again as the original bb mechanism just broke into bits....

Double check you have the same number of track links on both sides as that will have effect of pulling to one side. I'm with you regarding the smoker so easy to break I just leave the little leak.
