Hello fellow tankers im gary from manchester, i have been into rc cars planes and helis for 20 years but im new to tanks, i already have a bulldog and a tiger 1 thats been weathered and painted very nicely, it was the tiger that started the bug and im already after my 3rd tank now, anyway i hope to meet up with some of you guys at some tank meets very soon.

Hi Gary and welcome to the forum.
You should get yourself to the Hyde tank meet (every third Sunday of the month) I be bringing my ZTZ99 along to Mays meet so you can check it out if you come, plus a boat load of other tanks people bring.

Hi Gary!! Welcome to the forum!!! As Ian says you should come down to the meets! We are having one on may 20th! This month at Hyde 10am till 5am it's an indoor meet we have some buildings and a 13foot long bridge to drive over!! It's £5 to get in the building this goes towards the hire of the building! Hi Gary yes I will be coming to the next meet I already have the post code for the hut I'm very much looking forward to it, I'm in Atherton myself so I am only 25 mins away from Hyde, I am still trying to decide on my next tank ( haha) to bring along to the meet, hopefully one with a ir system, anyway I look forward to meeting some off you guys there.

That's great news Gary! If you going for the henglong tanks the panther G is a realy nice tank and if you get the IR on it comes with gun recoil! Can't wait to meet you see you there !
