Hi guy's , I have a mato mart sherman that has a burnt out board inside. I have a new RX-18 board I want to
put in but cannot seem to find out how to split the hull. I have the forward hull removed but can't seem to
see anything else that has to come out. Any help is appreciated.

Looking at my Mato Sherman, it looks like the tracks will need to be removed to get at screws set into the sponsons.
