tiger left wheel not turning when moving forward

Hi i am from Singapore. Need experts advise regarding my henglong Tiger 1 tank. Both wheels when reversing has no problem but if moving forward only the right wheels is turning but not the left wheel end up when going forward my Tiger will go in circle. Need experts advise what wrong with my tiger 1. Thanks and have a nice day. Man Utd all the way........... :D :D :D

Hi, Check the set screw on the wheel that doesn't roll forward. It may be slipping on the drive shaft on the gear box. Mine was doing that when I got the tank. Hope this helps.

Might be one of the motor speed controllers has failed. Not really a repairable item, but if it is an RX18 board (it be in a black plastic box with a silver Heng Long sticker on the top) a replacement board isn't too expensive to replace.

hi i bought a heng long tiger recently the latest version i bought it faulty with the rx18 board ,this had exactly the same issue worked perfect in reverse but only one motor would move forward,took it apart and it was a faulty rx18 board a fraction of it had got hot and melted one of the motor connecters,
had it at a brgain price put in a new rx18 board in it and works perfect

Thanks Jack, Tankbear and n1ghtpony for the prompt replies. Will check the drive shaft on the gear box first before replacing a new rx18 board.
