heres my metal heng long pershing i reckon the american tanks are a little easier to airbrush i reckon
usaul heng long stuff had to tighten the gearboxes up and drive wheels used copper grease on the gears quietens them right down also the
poor tracks the end fasteners loads were snapping when i was testing the tank before spraying so you can see i replaced the brocken ones with plastic ones works perfect just needs to be colouer matched thats all

Hi n1ghtpony
Great looking tank! I must admit to a soft spot for the M-26. I really like the painting/high-lighting on the upper deck and turret. Well done.
Are you planning any modifications?

Its cool, I did say HL forgot the mg port...if you want it to be a ww2 m26, loose the phone box on the rear of the tank, that was added in the late 40's and used in the "police action" in the 50's. I think the toe hooks are 50"s also. HL copied tamiya and the tamiya m26 is a 50's m26.

If you want to "correct" the hl m26....read this thread...the guy that posted it served in the 50's ...
