whats a good quick way of doing the dots on ambush cammo? was going to use a cotton bud, but the dots came out a little too big. am i going to have to paint them all by hand?

Paint by hand with airbrush or bristles every time. I like your idea with the cotton bud though, maybe a tool fashioned from felt would also work used as a stamp.

was thinking of that as well, but might turn out too uniform. dont really want to use the airbrush cos if i bugger it up i've ruined the whole job.

thats great, didn't realise there was a pattern to it. so the dots just stay fairly close to the margins of the paint. got it. time to get dotting. woo hoo
jeff
p.s only done mine with three colours, hope that doesnt offend anyone, didnt realise it was a four colour cammo.
