I am iain (scottish spelling not my fat fingers hitting the wrong keys), Just bought a tiagen Tiger 1. Was going to be for my son, but after running it around my room in the mess I dont think he will see it very soon. Will no doubt be shortly picking your minds for help on fiddling with it.

				Hi Iain
Welcome. I am new here myself, and the tiagen Tiger 1 is one of a few tanks I am thinking of getting. (Tankless atm).

Well I got mine from nitrotek, next day delivery, few dramas so wont be using them again in a hurry. Main gripe was the tank came without a UK charger so had to buy one from local model shop, and the battery connections are dodgy, but being a mechanic managed to harness the white mans magic and sort it out.
Just need to figure out how to turn the sound off as I think it sounds naff.
Thanks for all the welcomes by the way

Nitrotek were one of the companies that I bookmarked as a possible site to purchase from. It wasn't until I came here that I spotted they were on the vendors black list.

I am still undecided for which one to go for. I don't have the money for a tamiya, but wan't one with good sounds.

Agree with you there, wish I went with another site and paid a few more pounds and got the full metal one, but as this is supposed to be for the son I didnt
