HL King Tiger Road Wheel Question

Good afternoon,
I have one of the Heng Long Porsche turreted King Tigers. The vehicle came from the retailer with metal tracks, sprockets and idlers. I am in the process of adding a track tensioner idler shaft and as things go, one upgrade leads to another. I have added the Asiatam metal suspension arms and have run onto an issue re using the Heng Long plastic road wheels that came on the tank. The front road wheel now binds in the drive sprocket when raised by rolling over anything. Do you think that this issue may be due to the configuration of the Heng Long metal sprocket that came with the vehicle? The plastic suspension arms that came with the tank are noticeably shorter than the Asiatam metal suspension arms I replaced them with. The Asiatam arms seem to be more in scale with the vehicle. I had read an online message I cannot now find that noted that the Asiatam wheels were correctly scaled "unlike the Heng Long plastic ones supplied with the tank that are too large" Any thoughts or assistance from you all would be greatly appreciated. I am on the edge of buying a set of the Asiatam metal Road Wheels (which unfortunately come with _another set_ of the suspension arms) to correct this issue but only if that is the solution. Thanks in advance.
