Will magnets interfere with electronics?

I'm thinking of using some magnetic strip to help mate my HL Tiger 1 top hull to my Asiatam lower tub (there is a bit too much give in the panniers). Just worried that might cause interference... Am I just being paranoid?

I'm not sure a mag strip will hold enough for you.....I use #41 rare earth magnets that are 4x2mmmm disks. I shoe goo them into the spots where the screws attach the body togather. I tried regular magnets and the bouncing cause the body to seperate....not very tank like.

Something is not right here, the Asiatam Lower hull includes a bracket for the front of the Hull and a latch with parts to replace the to rear stand offs with lock attachments for the rear. The Hull should be tightly latch together when installed correctly?

My Tiger is very solid when the upper hull is locked in place, perhaps you have incorrectly assembled the latching hardware?

Pictures would help? These are very old, first tank ever but the Asiatam Latch and front retainer bracket are clearly shown.

No, there's nothing wrong with my Asiatam installation - the front and rear clips work very well. It's just that, because of the 'give' in the plastic, the panniers bottoms stick out a little beneath the sides and the front plate doesn't sit totally flat. So I'm looking for something to help keep everything in place. There's a some magnetic a and b strip on ebay with a self-adhesive backing which I think I might try.

Try these, they hold my Jagdpanther together and are very strong yet small.
