Finally got the time to sit down and say how-de-do 
My name is Chris (aka Taigentanker) I`m the wrong side of 55, but a big kid at heart (son+partner & sprog now got own place....yes!) Now what to do with that empty box-room 
(about 5 secs) Gut room, paint, make hobby-bench, dig out (moth-balled) tools, re-stock paints & updated x-mas list of essentials etc.....great, good to go 
So now Just getting back into RC & modelling .
A mate of mine showed me his new HL smoke-n-sound Tiger (blue-grey) I thought, nice size, nice idea, nice detail (for the price) but it was all-plastic and a bit toy-like
He gave me a web-address or two with a "you`ve gota check them out" so I did. I ended up, by chance, pulling up the info on the TAIGEN (full metal option) TIGER-late version and I must say, I was hooked! For the smallish increase in purchase cost, the difference in the amount of, standard-fit metal-work was I.M.O amazing
I have posted some taster-pics in "show off" to see progress, mods and the overall effect I`m trying to get....bit more to do yet, me thinks ?
PS. Just finished installing a BEIER USM-HL sound module and WHAT A DIFFERENCE !!
